Tier 1 ($2500)

• Name and logo on banner hung center stage throughout the Bee
• Sponsorship of a team included for Tier 1 sponsor
• Role acknowledged during the evening’s opening welcome and radio ads
• Featured with appreciative ad copy specific to your organization in publicity emails distributed to parent listservs in Northampton’s six schools
• Logo featured in all Bee press releases and publicity materials
• Logo featured prominently on Bee poster and on cover of Bee program
• Full page ad in Bee program
• Noted in letter to the editor (Daily Hampshire Gazette) after the spelling bee in which we thank the community for its support

Tier 2 ($1000)

• Individual banners with sponsor name and logo hung over the stage at the event
• Sponsorship of a team included for Tier 2 sponsor
• Role acknowledged during the evening’s opening welcome
• Listed with other sponsors on the publicity emails distributed to parent listservs in Northampton’s six schools
• Logo included in all press releases and publicity materials
• Logo listed on Bee poster and on the cover of Bee program
• Half-page ad in Bee program
• Listed in letter to the editor (Daily Hampshire Gazette) after the spelling bee in which we thank the community for its support

Tier 3 ($500)

• Banner with Tier 3 sponsors’ names and logos hung over the stage at the event
• Listed with other sponsors on publicity emails distributed to parent listservs in Northampton’s six schools
• Prominent listing on Bee poster and quarter-page ad in Bee program
• Included in all press releases and publicity materials
• Listed in letter to the editor (Daily Hampshire Gazette) after the spelling bee in which we thank the community for its support

In order to include major sponsors’names & logos on printed promotional material, sponsorship payment is respectfully requested no later than Friday, October 6, 2023.
